NCEdCloud Pro was built around a simple problem. NCEdCloud is the identity and access system that over a million North Carolina students, teachers, and staff rely on every school day, yet finding clear, accurate, step-by-step help for it is harder than it should be.
Login screens change, districts configure things differently, and official support pages are not always written for the person standing in front of a frozen screen five minutes before class starts. We started this site to close that gap.
What We Do
We publish detailed, plain-language guides covering every part of the NCEdCloud experience, including:

Every guide is written to answer the actual question someone typed into a search bar, whether that is “why won’t NCEdCloud let me log in” or “what is my Pupil Number.” We favor numbered steps, real screenshots of what you will actually see, and short answers up front, followed by the details for anyone who wants them.
Our Approach to Accuracy
We verify procedural content against official NCEdCloud documentation and platform behavior before publishing, and we revisit articles as the platform changes so a guide written in one school year does not go stale by the next. When something in the interface shifts, whether it is a menu name or a new MFA requirement, we update the affected pages rather than leaving outdated instructions live.
Our content is researched and written by an editorial team focused specifically on North Carolina education technology and K-12 identity and access management. We are not IT staff at any school district, and we do not have access to any individual’s account or district system. What we offer is a clear reference built from publicly available documentation and the common questions students, parents, and staff run into.
